  • 2 (5 ounce) cans Genova Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) container salsa fresca, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (butter, limestone or green leaf)
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Salad Dressing

  1. Drain oil from tuna and place tuna in a medium bowl. Add salsa and cilantro, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves and serve.
