Absolutely adore the yellowfin tuna with olive oil. I can eat it straight without adding any extras, it also is extremely healthy! I never knew I could LOVE tuna, especially without mayo!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag chopped romaine or salad greens of your choice
  • 1 medium English cucumber, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans Genova Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place romaine, cucumber, red onion and oregano in a large bowl. Sprinkle with vinegar and toss to combine. Add tuna (and the oil it’s packed in), feta cheese and pepper, tossing gently. Serve immediately.
