  • 1 (5 ounce) can Genova Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) pre-baked thick pizza crust
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Drain tuna and place oil in a small bowl. Place pizza on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Arrange cheese and tomato slices on top of crust. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Scatter tuna on top.
  3. Bake until cheese is golden brown, 12-14 minutes. Serve hot.
